About Us

Holy Trinity Academy is an Orthodox Christian School that nurtures excellence in academics, integrity of character, faith in God and confidence in oneself to bring these gifts together.

Founded in the year 2000 Holy Trinity Academy rapidly gained full accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). We wish to welcome and educate all children of every background and creed.

Our classes boast a small student to teacher ratio which has been proven through many studies to benefit all students by addressing individual needs. Students at HTA certainly prove this benefit. From our inception our students consistently perform from the 75th percentile upwards with the majority testing in the 90th percentile range.

Academic excellence is one pillar of HTA’s strong three pillar foundation. The academic curriculum chosen is carefully researched to support a classic Christian education which includes lessons in the Greek language as well as an emphasis on rhetoric and logic as the foundation of all the subjects taught.

The second pillar emphasizes the building of a strong moral character. Chapel, liturgy, and lessons in the Orthodox way accomplish this goal.

The third pillar is the loving, nurturing environment provided by faculty and staff at HTA. The well known Love and Logic program of discipline supports the loving family environment to assure each child’s inner growth. In fact, SACS cited this environment as most obvious and outstanding.
